1 head iceberg lettuce
2 tsp crumbled blue cheese
2 tsp roasted and diced pancetta
½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
2 pouches (44ml each) Boccalino Vegan Ranch Dressing
1. Cut lettuce lengthwise into 4 wedges and remove the core and stem.
2. Evenly distribute remaining ingredients over 2 wedges and serve immediately.
